Our COO, Sumeet Raina, brings over 15 years of real estate leadership experience from industry giants such as EMAAR and DAMAC. Since joining Unique Properties in December 2022, Sumeet has played a pivotal role in driving our operational excellence and expansion across key verticals. His strategic leadership has led to the doubling of our sales force, the launch of new business units, and significant enhancements in performance and client satisfaction.

An MBA graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur with a B.Tech from the College of Engineering, Pune, Sumeet blends analytical precision with visionary execution. His expertise in business planning, cost optimization, and market strategy continues to shape the growth and future of Unique Properties.
