Client Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Advise and guide clients on real estate investments in key areas of Dubai, focusing on Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Creek and MBR.
• Identify and cultivate leads through diverse channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations to facilitate successful sales transactions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers, offering exceptional customer service.
• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring that all client inquiries are promptly addressed and followed up on.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales team regarding any hot stock or hot buyers, reinforcing our internal market place to booster productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions on our CRM system
• Stay informed about current market trends and property values to provide insightful advice to clients.

Requirements
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred, but we also welcome experienced sales professionals from other industries who are looking to transition into real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong sales-driven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A proactive, confident, and motivated attitude to drive results and represent the company professionally.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and various real estate software tools.
