HEAD OF SALES (SECONDARY MARKET)

We are looking to hire a new HEAD OF SALES (SECONDARY MARKET) for our growing organization. The role will be reporting directly to the CEO and Partners and overlooking the whole Secondary Sales Division. It is an exciting and challenging position, hence the ideal candidate is someone with vision, strong industry knowledge, and management experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Head of the entire Secondary Sales Department, overlooking all sales-related affairs and managing the entire sales process flow.
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers and work closely with other departments to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage a growing team of Sales Managers who focus on specific areas in Dubai and have their own teams.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Sales Managers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement effective Secondary Sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated and aware about the best practices for lead sourcing through portals and up to date with new launches and what is happening in the market.
  • Maintain and implement latest industry, DLD and company updates.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and events to attract buyers and investors.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on the competition, industry trends, and customer preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining consistent training post initial training.
  • Design, elaborate, and execute new sales strategies and business plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue .
  • Supervise, support and, motivate all sales teams, including their Leaders to ensure that the established sales targets are met and productivity is consistent.
  • Provide guidance and act as a role model in all sales day-to-day operations by leading by example and sharing own knowledge and experience.
  • Involved in the hiring plans and recruitment process for all Sales Teams as well as engaging with potential high-calibre candidates.
  • Ensure the development of an effective training program to help agents advance their industry knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Provide recommendations and supervise the Training and Development of the entire Secondary Sales Division.
  • Assist in closing deals with exclusive clients and in general when needed.
  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales strategies and ensure targets are met as per the company business plan.
  • Collaborate closely with management from all other departments (i.e., Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations) to set and achieve ambitious yet realistic business goals and/or adopt new strategies if required.
  • Conduct regular meetings with all Sales Managers and Sales Teams separately and all together, engage them in seminars, training, internal and external industry updates ultimately aiming for consistency in the quality of services and clients satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of each sales team and implement improvements and other necessary actions when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on determining specific lead generation requirements and strategies, PR and Brand Awareness initiatives and supervise the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expand own knowledge to develop property market intelligence and explore various opportunities to meet targets including opening new service lines, new territories, lead generation strategies, etc.
  • Constantly evaluate and analyze the real estate market to be able to anticipate potential business challenges and develop and implement new sales plans if needed.
  • Prepare forecasts and KPIs reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in budget setting, financial forecasting, organizational and strategic planning.

Requirements
  • At least 5 - 7 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Experience for at least 3 years in the position of a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Brokerage experience is an absolute must.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai Secondary real estate market at a high level.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Confident yet approachable with proven leadership skills.
  • Ambitious and a strong decision maker.
  • UAE Driving License and a car.
  • Team player.
