• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, both interior and exterior. 

• Edit photographs to meet desired standards within a timely manner. 

• Maintain and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, drones, audio/video recorders, lighting equipment, tripods, and other video production accessories. 

• Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality, creative, and visually engaging video content. 

• Manage video production schedules and meet deadlines for each project. 

• Handle all aspects of videography for the company, including real estate videography, corporate event videos, corporate communication videos, and social media content. 

• Oversee all stages of videography, including planning, conceptualization, scheduling, production, and video editing. 

• Direct videography in coordination with scripts. 

• Edit and enhance videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop. 

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in real estate photography. 

• 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate photography and videography 

• UAE Driving License and car 

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and After Effects (Dialogue cutting, editing consultant and trouble-shooter) Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator 

• Mac user mandatory 

• Knowledgeable in visual effects 

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and editing 

• Video animation and content marketing would be a plus  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
