• Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends to identify their needs and preferences. 

• Provide clients with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process 

• Attend events and property launches organized by developers, reinforcing your networking skills and staying informed on the latest launches. 

• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations 

• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the off-plan property value 

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions on our CRM system 

• Follow proper documentation process for every transaction to ensure full compliance with the UAE real estate market rules and regulations 

• Keeping updated, well researched and informed on current the current market trends.

• UAE Real Estate experience in offplan is mandatory 

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with both: customers and developers 

• Fluency in German, Dutch, Russian, Italian, French and Spanish would be of a great advantage 

• Strong negotiation skills communication and persuasion skills 

• Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy 

• Strong presentation, negotiating, and networking skills. 

• Fluent in English or any other language is a plus (Farsi, Dutch, German and Russian are preferred) 

• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.) 

• UAE driving license and a car preferred.
