Senior Recruitment Specialist

The role of a Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for a full recruitment cycle to ensure comprehensive manpower support to the business including connecting with potential candidates online and offline, active and non-active, headhunt, screening applications, interviewing, and supporting hiring managers with their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers and other members of staff
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions, interview questions and assessment tools that reflect the requirements for each position
- Screen resumes and identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidates’ information, including CV’s portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Advertise roles on various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Maintain recruitment tracker
Requirements
- 2-4 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- 1-2 years of work experience in real estate recruitment Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Bayt, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with 360 recruitment cycle, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company including Senior Management
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Team spirit
