Unique Properties is a real estate agency in Dubai that is looking to expand its online presence. We are looking for an SEO and AI specialist to help us build a strong SEO strategy for our newly launched website. The ideal candidate will have experience with building SEO strategies for newly launched websites, as well as a strong understanding of SEO principles and practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, as well as researching and implementing new AI-powered tools and techniques. The candidate will also be responsible for creating high-quality content that is SEO-optimized and engaging to our target audience in Dubai and worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for our website and other digital assets.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Build and manage backlinks to improve website rankings.
- Track and analyze website traffic data to measure SEO performance.
- Research and implement new AI-powered tools and techniques to improve SEO.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Create high-quality content that is SEO-optimized and engaging to our target audience in Dubai and worldwide.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure that all content is published on time and within budget.
- Have a deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices in Dubai and worldwide.
- Be able to identify and implement SEO improvements that will help our website rank higher in search engine results pages (SERPs) in Dubai and worldwide.
- Work with the development team to ensure that our website is optimized for search engines in Dubai and worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and content writing for real estate in Dubai.
- Proven track record of success in improving website rankings and generating high-quality content for real estate in Dubai and worldwide.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices in Dubai and worldwide.
- Passion for AI and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
