Dubai Sports City is a development by Dubai Properties spanning 50,000,000 square feet and costing 4 billion dollars. Dubai Sports City features mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses and villas. The development encloses three residential districts:-
- Canal Residence
- Victory Heights
- Gallery Villas
Canal Residence is a collection of apartment buildings designed in different architectural styles bordering the 1.2 kilometer waterway. There are studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments all sharing community gymnasiums, swimming pools, barbeque spots and children’s play areas.
Victory Heights is a seven-village development built on the golf course fairways. The first phase is complete and consists of almost a thousand villas and townhouses in different sizes with different facilities.
Gallery Villas is the upmarket district with 75 exclusive three- and five-bedroom villas and townhouses also built around the golf course.
Most the 160 building plots in Sports City are for mid-rise (i.e. up to 25 floors) residential towers. Twenty-five of these have been built and another twenty are under construction.
