- Theme Parks & Hotels: The first component of the project places emphasis on welcoming and accommodating family tourism and offering leisure and entertainment on an international scale. The area will also play host to another world record for the biggest swimming pool.
- Retail: The second component of the project is home to retail departments and the largest shopping mall in the world ‘The Mall of the World’.
- Art: The third component brings the largest area for arts galleries in the Mena region to Dubai and connects the area to Downtown.
- Sustainability & Entrepreneurship: The Fourth component of the project will provide the infrastructure promoting entrepreneurship and bolstering innovation throughout the community.
One of the more notable communities will be District One, a residential development which will host a tennis academy, golf course, 600 acres of open green spaces and 7km of stunning crystal blue lagoons and a wave pool with man-made beach area. The exclusive luxurious Dubai Hills project is another development to watch out for as it presents some of the most awe-inspiring villas in Dubai.
